1. Order Process

1.2 Our services include the design, production, and delivery of bespoke sherwanis and specialist groomswear. Custom orders require consultation and measurement sessions, which can be done at our showroom or via video call.
1.3 Upon placing an order, a non-refundable deposit must be made, unless stated otherwise.
2. Payments
2.1 All prices on our website are in the local currency and inclusive of applicable taxes. Additional charges, such as shipping fees, may apply.
2.2 We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking. Payment details provided must be valid and accurate.
2.3 Payments made directly at our showroom may be subject to different terms and conditions, as indicated on-site.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe provided upon confirmation. However, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, for which we shall not be liable.
3.2 Shipping fees shall be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. Additional taxes, customs duties, or other charges may apply, depending on the destination country.
3.3 Once an order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your package and make any necessary arrangements for delivery.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1 Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
4.2 If a return or exchange is required, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
4.3 Alterations or modifications to the product may be necessary and will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
